Please present your temporary Prescription ID card along with your social security number to the pharmacist. The information included on the temporary Prescription ID card will give the pharmacist the information needed to properly file your claim.

The Camp Lejeune Family Member Pharmacy Services Customer Care Center is available Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST) and on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (CST) to answer questions regarding pharmacy plan benefits.
